The courses for Real Estate Agents are approved in 15 states. Those states are Florida, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Georgia, New Mexico, Iowa, Minnesota, South Carolina, Washington State, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Illinois and Delaware. Texas and New York, and others are in the works.
